TriPeaks Solitaire (known as TriTowers, MagicTowers or ThreeTowers) offers a refreshing twist for fans of the classic Klondike format by providing a new challenge within a different setting. While not a recent release, TriPeaks originates from 1989, created by Robert Hogue, who remains responsible for its ongoing development and updates.

LAYOUT

• Remaining true to its solitaire roots, Tri Peaks introduces gameplay variations while maintaining the familiar end goal. Unlike Klondike, which heavily relies on luck, Tri Peaks demands strategic thinking and skill to conquer.
• True to its name, Tri Peaks features three pyramidal peaks composed of overlapping face-down cards. Additionally, ten face-up cards are laid atop these formations, with the remaining cards forming a stockpile. One among them becomes the visible waste pile.

HOW TO PLAY

• Your objective as the player is to transfer all cards from the layout to the waste pile. Dismantle the peaks to emerge victorious.
• In Tri Peaks, moving cards between piles requires more than straightforward transfers. Cards placed on the waste pile must be one number higher or lower compared to the card situated there. For instance, the 5 of Diamonds, 5 of Clubs, or 7 of Hearts can be built upon the 6 of Spades.
• If progress halts, utilization of stockpile cards can reignite gameplay. Forming sequences like Aces on Kings or Kings on Aces restarts progress. The game concludes upon peak demolition (signifying success) or when further moves become impossible, signaling defeat.

BONUSES

• In Tri Peaks, players earn various bonuses. Additional points are granted for each peak demolished and for each card remaining on the table upon game completion.
